Joan Tarbell-Plato’s series of water media paintings influenced with the love of poetry express the theme of the Tiber River and Ellicott City environs. This show, “ A River Runs Through”, is comprised of landscapes, interiors and still lifes, subtlety abstracted, depicting the artist’s love of water, rocks and Maryland. She is a nationally known artist who works on paper, gessobord and canvas.

Artwork purchased online can be picked up at the gallery at 8197 Main Street, Ellicott City, MD.
