OEC’s 80+ one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants have decked their halls, and stocked their shelves with treasures to make your holiday merry and bright.  At our 44th Annual Midnight Madness you’ll find sidewalk sales, festive cocktail & food offerings, plus specials galore.  Tree Lighting, Music and much more.  There will be a free shuttle running 6 pm – 12 am from the outer parking lots
