Mosaic artist Lisa Scarbath's mixed media mosaic was awarded 3rd place in the Art League of Ocean City's October exhibit "The Red Thread."
The 18"x24" artwork is made with broken dishes, mirror, Italian smalti (chunks of opaque glass), ribbon and fiberglass. The piece was made in response to and as a visual representation of the exhibit theme.
The show runs through October 28th at the Ocean City Center for the Arts, 502 94th Street in Ocean City, MD.
