Nishita Jain has been selected as a Resident Artist with the Howard County Arts Council at the new Capitoline Center in Historic Ellicott City.
Nishita is currently developing new watercolor work in the studio, continuing her exploration of light and atmosphere. She is also preparing to offer small-group beginner watercolor classes focused on strong foundational skills.
An exhibition and studio open house are planned for April, with more details to be announced soon.
