Nishita Jain was awarded Third Place in the Color Columbia Plein Air Competition, organized by Columbia Art Center earlier this month. The annual event invites artists to paint on location throughout Columbia, Maryland, celebrating the area’s natural beauty and vibrant community spaces.
The plein air paintings from 50+ artists who participated in the event are currently exhibited at Columbia Art Center.
